Hello everyone!
I'm Paola, and I'm thrilled to be running for Year 5 O&G Academic Officer. With active participation in the O&G society, where I proudly won this year's annual poster competition, I am devoted to championing excellence, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the academic success of each one of you!
Having been part of research in O&G, I have cultivated strong relationship with many clinicians and academics in the field, whom I will collaborate with to involve for the highest quality teaching for you.
Part of my role would include organising Year 5 PACES O&G teaching. I will ensure a tailored learning experience that promotes engagement, and collaboration between students and clinicians.
Due to my diverse teaching background (from tutorials to suturing skills practical), I recognise varied learning styles and needs. I am dedicated to implementing interactive teaching methods and access arrangement for those who need it.
As much as I know you’re all tired of filling in feedback forms, I do believe feedback is the cornerstone of improvement. I'll strive to make providing feedback effortless and time-efficient, whilst ensuring your valuable suggestions shape our teaching methods.
