I am thrilled to run for the role of Lab Manager, driven by my commitment to fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment for our robotics community.

My top priority is safety. I will ensure that our lab facilities meet rigorous safety standards through regular inspections, maintenance, and clear safety protocols to facilitate experimentation and learning.

Efficient resource management is essential. I will oversee inventory, procurement, and allocation of resources to support members' projects effectively.

Optimizing our lab layout is crucial for productivity and collaboration. I will work closely with members to design a space that maximizes accessibility to equipment and fosters collaboration among members.

Training and support are fundamental. I will organise more workshops and training sessions like Robotics101 to empower members with the skills and knowledge necessary to utilize lab resources effectively and responsibly.

Promoting collaboration is key to our success. I will facilitate regular meetups, project showcases, and networking events to encourage collaboration and innovation within our community.

Transparent communication is essential. I will establish feedback channels to ensure that every member has a voice in shaping the direction of our lab.
