When I took on the role of Publicity Officer, I wasn't afraid to bring change, revamping and rebranding our social media presence to boost our Instagram following and engagement. Working closely with the BioSoc committee and family :) I've had a blast contributing to events and promotions. Now, I'm ready to bring fresh new ideas to the table and step up as your next Vice President!

What I will do as VP?
- Secure more sponsorship for bigger events (end-of-term dinner? boat party? more trips like Kew Gardens? I’ve got you.)
- Liaise with other unis (UCL, Kings) for more social event collabs.
- Create a handbook for internships/volunteering/other opportunities tailored to Life Sciences students (including research + outside of research) + publicise these more through newsletter.
- Establish a stronger alumni network & more alumni/student collaboration, communication (mentoring scheme/socials).
