Hazel Wright

Hello, I'm Hazel, a current KnitSock member. I've been coming to KnitSock for the last two years, and have thoroughly enjoyed attending the weekly sessions and meeting new people that share my love for crafting. I would love to have the opportunity help continue running the society next year, which is why I've decided to run for Vice Chair.

This year, I have been Chair on another committee, so I have lots of experience with running a society, including managing finances, planning and running events, and collaborating with other societies. As Vice Chair, I promise to maintain KnitSock as a fun and relaxing space to decompress away from studies, and a welcoming environment for members of all abilities.

I'm excited to have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of KnitSock, and I look forward to the possibility of serving as your Vice Chair for the upcoming academic year.
