Hi all!
My name is Roman and I'm running for the ICCS President role after witnessing the impact a group of 20-year-olds can have on the companies they consult, as well as the rest of the student body.
I had the privilege of contributing to this impact as VP of Projects from June 2023 to April 2024, and wish to continue making a difference where it matters.
Why vote for me?
During my tenure, my main objective was to ensure that the ICG was doing its best to communicate to its members how to apply their technical STEM knowledge in real-world consulting applications.
I did this by sourcing the most impactful projects from well-established companies like Santander and Publicis Sapient and many innovative startups.
To ensure sustainable project sourcing in the future, I also crafted the official ICG pitch deck and introduced the ‘Associate of Projects’ role (still open).
What will I do?
One word: impact.
I strongly believe that to make a difference truly, I will need to focus on improving our members' hard and soft skills whilst providing ample exposure to industry leaders.
I will, therefore, focus on the following things:
- Enhancing case study workshop interactivity.
- Inviting guest speakers to share their career experiences within the consulting industry.
- Organizing networking events.
- Sourcing sponsorships and advertising job opportunities on offer to members of the ICCS.
- Implementing ICG x ICCS collaboration through social events and shared projects
