Lauren Lee

Hello! I’m a second-year biochemist with a goal of making our shared time at Imperial as special, successful, and stress-free as possible. I love knitting, anything beach-related, and will inevitably come to love all of you in BiochemSoc.

My three focuses will be:

📢 Communication across different years: implementing an online platform to allow us to become more integrated and social — asking questions, proposing events, and creating opportunities.

📈 Career clarity: following my predecessors’ footsteps, I will host amazing careers events, extending this further by collaborating with more academic societies.

❤️ Care: I am the youngest of five children, so making sure my family members feel loved, heard, and supported is extremely important to me. Naturally, this extends to my Biochemistry family!

As president, I will eagerly listen to all your voices and channel this into making positive changes.
