Hey girls! It’s Vic and I am so excited to be running for 2s captain this year.

From first year I have loved playing competitively and have improved so much from all the training sessions, learning during matches and guidance from my captains. Hopefully this has shown, as each year I have been at ICSM I have progressed to a higher team, from being in the 4s with Tobi to spending the 3s and 2s with Seojung.

I will bring the same dedication and determination that I do now to my role as a captain, as well as good vibes, excellent cheerleading skills and overall positive energy and leadership. Being tour sec this year has refined my organisation and time management skills, so I can ensure that as a captain I will stay firmly on top of all things LUSL/BUCS, training, bringing equipment and organising socials.

Having a full team at training is critical for team building, set plays and overall practice to know how everyone plays with each other. Therefore, I will encourage better attendance at training for all my players by providing incentives and organising socials post training. This will also allow new netball players and freshers to become more integrated in both netball and socials and increase team bonding.

All in all, I am grateful to be part of such a competitive but also fun club, and I hope you will vote me to be your 2s captain this year to lead our team to #VictoriaVictory
