Yung Soon

Hi I’m Soon Yung, and I’m running for the position of Secretary. I decided to run because I wanted to give back to this amazing community, to help future and current batches have a place to connect and build friendships.

As Secretary, my goal is to support the SingSoc Exco by managing the bulk of the backend tasks. I aim to streamline the transition from planning to execution of events, ensuring a seamless process. If all goes well, you’ll rarely see me ;)

Having held positions in various other societies, I am aware of the complexities in dealing with multiple stakeholders and running societies of various scales. These experiences will empower me to perform my duties better. In addition, my attention-to-detail nature aligns perfectly with the responsibilities inherent in the position of Secretary.
