Sailing: Junior Treasurer

Money is important, therefore, the treasurer must be smart, handsome, charismatic and humble.

1. Sailing is an expensive sport and is vulnerable to impromptu damages and extra costs. Hence, it'll be important for us to have some emergency savings. This can be done by setting some cash aside at the start of the budget formulation.

2. We should take a much stricter apporoach to memberships and competition payments (unless an individual has expressed any issues) enouraging prompt payments as it creates a good image, and promotes healthy relations with organisations, such as QM.

3. Organise social sailing events for a minimal ticket cost for a little budget boost. This could be good for the club in general as we can involve more social sailors that don't make it on the racing teams.

4. Use aggressive marketing tactics and "Game Theory" to increase the club's Net Worth.

This club, has a beautiful energy and so much love. It has the power to enrich our uni lives and mom/dad lore. To allow it to do so though, we must make sure that money is used correctly, with discipline and rationality.
