As your Vice President, you are my highest priority. I will work towards a Japanese society that will celebrate all of you. A community not divided by our blood or language, but rather united by our love for Japanese culture. I will work behind the scenes to fully support the president, coordinate with the committee, and ensure that all of you can find enjoyment with our society.

I will plan events within our Japanese society, and with other universities’ Japanese societies, to deepen the relations of our community. These events will be centred around sharing your unique experiences with Japanese culture. I definitely promise that the events will be as lively as ever; it's important to me that you have a great time!

In my additional role as your career officer, I will make it my highest priority to provide opportunities for you, to find a dream career path that inspires you. I grew up in the US, and spent my secondary school years in Japan; now, I’m studying in the UK. I will make use of my past global experiences to signpost you with career opportunities in Japan for returnee and international students.

I will represent you with responsibility, I will support you with passion, and I assure you that I will be the vice president that I promise to be!
