Hi everyone, I’m Bhavya (3rd year EIE) and I’m running for CGCU Communications Chair.
I’ve held roles in various committes such as President of Imperial Consulting Group and Vice President of Women in Electrical Engineering in which I have experience of working extensively with marketing teams to ensure effective communication through all channels of events and key information to students.
I’m excited to bring this experience to CGCU and improve the way we interact with you, and facilitate the events and experiences that you’re looking for through:
- Regular student engagement sessions – actively interacting with students from all engineering departments and getting your feedback and suggestions through polls and more social media student features
- Guildsheet – making sure more students can engage with and are represented through the Guildsheet student publication, by featuring more student and societies spotlights
As Communications Chair, I look forward to enhancing the way CGCU interacts with you and creating a more representative platform for all engineering students.
