Hello, fellow Electrical engineering students,

I am Danial Dehghan, a 2nd year EIE student. As a passionate advocate for student welfare, I am excited to announce my candidacy for the EIE Departmental Wellbeing Representative.

As your Wellbeing Representative, I aim to foster an inclusive and supportive environment within our community. I will work towards implementing mental health awareness programs, facilitating stress-relief activities, and creating a platform for open dialogue. By leveraging my leadership experience as Head boy, I will ensure your voices are heard, and your concerns addressed. Furthermore, I would be looking to Establish a peer support system to encourage students from higher years to share their experiences with other students.

As a player for the Imperial football team, I would be looking to implement many fun and engaging sports tournaments such as EIE vs EEE throughout the year to ignite healthy competition for everyone away from the circuits. I believe physical activity is just as important as the academic side of being an EIE student and is also a key aspect in forming healthy habits. Moreover, I will be open to suggestions from anyone who has ideas for more activities we could host to contribute to everyone's well-being.
